From this season, members will be able to redeem either a core Member Pack or select from a range of brand-new, member-only items.
If you opt out of receiving the core pack and the member card, opting for credit only, you will still be able to access your digital Member card via the Melbourne United app.

How do membership packs work for NBL26?
This season members will get a choice when it comes to membership packs, with the option to redeem a core member pack or choose to personalise your membership pack from a range of brand new member exclusive items. Members will need to log into the Melbourne United Members Store to make their membership pack selection.
How do I redeem my membership pack?
Members will receive an email to log into our Melbourne United Members Store where they will redeem their membership pack option. If you have a family membership, all family members will appear in the primary account holder’s account.
When will I receive my email with instructions on how to redeem?
Members will receive an email in July with more information and instructions on how to redeem their membership pack.

What kind of items can I expect to see?
There will be a range of items available from the Melbourne United Member Store including regular membership pack items such as lanyard and fixture magnet along with a range of junior and other lifestyle options.
When will I receive my membership pack?
Once members have redeemed their membership pack option, membership packs will be packed and shipped directly to members. Please allow 2-3 weeks for packs to arrive.
Can I spend more than my credit amount?
Yes, if you would like to purchase additional items or spend over the credit amount applied to your account, members will pay the difference/additional costs at the checkout.
Can my credit be used anywhere else?
No, member credit can only be used in the Melbourne United Member Store.
What is the cut-off date for redeeming my item/s?
There is currently no cut-off date to redeem your membership packs but to ensure you receive them prior to our first home game members will need to redeem no later than Wednesday 27th August 2025.
I do not want a pack, do I need to do anything?
If you do not wish to receive a membership card or pack, you do not need to do anything. However, we encourage members to log into the Melbourne United members Store and select the no pack option.
I am a reserved seat member and have chosen not to receive a membership pack, how do I access games?
Members who opt to NOT receive a membership card or pack will need to use the digital tickets in the MU app for access on game days.
I am having trouble redeeming my membership pack. What do I do?
