Frequently asked questions
The Member rewards program is a program rewarding eligible members for engaging with the club throughout the season. Members can earn points by attending games and participating in club activities, then redeem those points for exclusive rewards, experiences, and benefits.
The program is available exclusively to current Melbourne United full season members.
Partial season, flexi, corporate, complimentary, and other non-full season memberships are not eligible unless otherwise advised by Melbourne United.
Members can earn points through a range of activities, including:
- Attending Melbourne United home games;
- Participating in club promotions and activations;
- Completing surveys or member engagement activities;
- Taking part in selected club events and experiences.
Additional earning opportunities may be introduced throughout the season.
Points are generally updated weekly within the Melbourne United Member Store. Please allow time for processing following games or club activities.
Members can view their current reward points balance through the Melbourne United Member Store.
No. All reward points reset at the conclusion of each season.
Unused points do not roll over into future seasons, so members are encouraged to redeem their points before the season ends.
Points can be redeemed for a range of exclusive rewards and experiences, which may include:
- Signed merchandise;
- Game Day experiences;
- Vouchers;
- Merchandise or member-only rewards.
Available rewards may change throughout the season and are subject to availability.
No. Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or transferred to another member. Reward points have no monetary value.
No. Once a reward or experience has been redeemed, it cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or cancelled unless required by law.
Where multiple memberships are linked under one primary account holder, points earned by each member may accrue collectively within the primary member’s account.
Yes. Melbourne United may provide a reward points leaderboard displaying member rankings based on points earned throughout the season.
Leaderboard standings are indicative only and may not update in real time.
The eligible member with the highest number of reward points at the conclusion of the season will receive a complimentary Melbourne United membership for the following season.
The complimentary membership will be equal or lesser value to the member’s current season membership.
In the event of a tie, Melbourne United reserves the right to determine the winner at its discretion.
Yes. Melbourne United reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or technical issues relating to point balances or leaderboard standings.
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate points or leaderboard standings may result in:
- Removal from the program;
- Loss of points;
- Disqualification from rewards or prizes.
Yes. Melbourne United reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Reward Program, including rewards, point allocations, and Terms & Conditions, at any time.
